We met just before sunrise, when the beach is still hushed and the sky begins to soften into pale pinks and blues. The ocean barely stirring, and the world felt calm, like it was holding space just for them.
There was no pressure to pose perfectly. Instead, there was laughter. Gentle teasing. Arms wrapped tightly around one another. Moments where mom pulled her daughter in close, brushing windblown hair from her face, both of them laughing without even realizing the camera was there.
